This video was very interesting. My plase also has a Latin name. I don't know why Japanese want to put this kinds of name.

 I also see many name with ”コーポ". First I didn't know what that means. And the name with this apartment are all old. I searched and found that this means "cooperative house". Japanese likes to say in short way so pelple need time to figure it out.

I think flower name is the best because it very simple. I think useing French and Latin is no good idea.
